Beach towels
FreeBeach towels are complimentary. Guests regularly mention Thanos sending them to the water with a proper towel — not a bath sheet from the room. Return them when you come back up the hill.

We list the things guests actually use — not a pool we do not have, and not Wi‑Fi we will not oversell.

Wash and fold service is €10. Useful after a dusty drive down the Riviera or a week of salt. Leave a bag at reception; we return it folded. Ironing is available on request.
Private parking is included and on site. The hotel sits above the Livadh road — a car makes the beach two or three minutes away and saves the steep walk after dinner. Spaces are for hotel guests.
Breakfast is included and it is why people stay an extra night. A buffet of local produce, then eggs, crepes, pancakes, or avocado toast made as you like them. You can eat on the terrace — regardless of the weather.
A proper gym, not a hotel afterthought. Free weights, an Olympic barbell, cardio machines, and mats. Guests who train on the road use it before breakfast and then walk downstairs to the terrace.
The terrace is the hotel’s common room. Breakfast when it is fine, a drink at dusk, and a view that runs from Livadh around the bay. No pool — the sea is down the hill.
There is a restaurant and bar on the property, plus room service. Fig and Olive sits across the road if you want to stay close; the old town and the waterfront are a short drive for a longer evening.
Room service is available. Useful after a late arrival — check-in runs until 23:30 — or a slow morning that turns into lunch on the balcony.
